I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for getting ready for races, with a nice view of the pool. However, it was a bit dark and the bed was uncomfortable. The service was great, even though there were some staffing issues in the dining room. The location suited my needs perfectly, just off the M$ and near Wokingham Town center. Dining was good overall, with a great spread, but there were some hygiene issues with the food. The facilities were nice with a pool and large garden, though could use some improvements.

My stay at Hilton St Anne's Manor had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable but had a noisy extractor fan that disturbed my sleep. The service was welcoming, but some areas needed improvement.
